White Peach Lemonade

Ingredients:

Peach Syrup

2 cups white peaches, peeled and chopped
2 cups water
½ cup granulated sugar or honey

Lemonade

⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
3 cups water

Steps:

Cook

Combine the chopped peaches, sweetener, and 2 cups water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

Simmer

Reduce the heat and simmer for 5–10 minutes, or until the peaches are very soft. Remove from the heat, let cool slightly, then strain to make the peach syrup.

Mix

Combine the peach syrup, fresh lemon juice, and 3 cups water in a pitcher. Stir well and adjust the sweetness to taste. Chill before serving.
