Nothing says summer like a ripe, juicy peach. But some peaches can be mealy or overly-tart. Our exclusively selected peach varieties, like the Pearl Princess or the Pink Moon, have the perfect balance of sweetness and firmness. They’re the ideal snack or addition to any recipe.
White flesh peaches are very low in acid which makes their natural sweetness even more prominent. When you think of classic summer peaches, think no further than our white varieties.
In a yellow flesh peach, sugar and acid are responsible for the harmonious balance of sweet and tangy. Many of our new varieties have lower acid levels, giving them an even sweeter flavor while retaining a bit of the acid for that traditional flavor.
Select fruit with a slight give and a strong aroma. Avoid ones with shriveled skin.
Store ripe peach in a loose bag in the refrigerator for up to five days.
Cut only when ready to eat.
