Sugar Burst™ Blossom Pastry

Ingredients:

1 puff pastry sheet, thawed
2 Sugar Burst™ apples, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. cinnamon sugar mix
powdered sugar, garnish

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Soak apple slices in lemon water and microwave for 2 minutes to soften.

Roll out puff pastry and slice into 6 long strips.

Spread honey over each strip and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Layer apple slices along the edge of the pastry.

Fold pastry upward slightly and roll into rose shapes.

Place into a muffin tin and bake 35–40 minutes until golden.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
