1 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. of baking soda
1 tbsp. of fresh satsuma zest
3/4 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of granulated sugar
4 eggs
3/4 cup of fresh satsuma juice

1/2 cup of marscarpon cheese, lightly beaten
1 cup of whipped cream
1 tsp. of vanilla extract

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Using parchment, line a 9″ round cake pan.

Step 2

Step 3

With an electric mixer, beat vegetable oil and sugar until fully mixed. Then add in eggs one at a time.

Step 5

Pour mixture into the cake pan. Smooth top of the batter using a spatula.
