Plumcot Kombucha Popsicles

Ingredients:

1/2 cup of honey
5 plumcots, pitted, & sliced
juice of half a lemon
pomegranate flavored kombucha

Steps:

Step 1

In a food processor, puree the plumcots until smooth. Add in lemon juice and honey to taste test.

Step 2

Fill popsicle mold 3/4 of the way with plumcot puree. Top off each popsicle mold with pomegranate kombucha.

Step 3

Freeze for 2 to 4 hours or until firm. Once firm, remove popsicles from molds. If popsicles do not give, run underneath warm water until they loosen.
