Dark Chocolate Chunk Satsuma Cookies

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened
¾ cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp. satsuma zest
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 tsp. sea salt
6 oz dark chocolate, chunks
flaky sea salt, garnish

Steps:

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.

Mix in zest, vanilla, and eggs.

Whisk together flour, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt.

Slowly add dry ingredients to your butter mixture.

Fold in chocolate and chill dough for at least 1 hour.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheets.

Bake for 11–13 minutes.

Sprinkle with flaky sea salt while warm.
