Blueberry Chia Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup blueberries
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. nut butter
1 pinch cinnamon
Ice cubes
Honey to taste

Steps:

Step 1

Place chia seeds in a cup or jar and 1/2 cup of the almond milk. Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes, or refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to blender. Add a handful of ice cubes and the rest of the almond milk, blueberries, vanilla, nut butter and cinnamon, and blend until smooth. Add honey to taste.
