Blueberry Chia Smoothie



1 cup of blueberries, fresh
2 tbsp. of chia seeds
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
1 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 tbsp. of nut butter
1 pinch of cinnamon
ice cubes
honey to taste


Step 1

Place chia seeds in a cup or jar and 1/2 cup of almond milk. Set the mixture aside for 10 minutes or refrigerate overnight.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to blender. Add a handful of ice cubes, the rest of the almond milk, blueberries, vanilla, nut butter, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and add honey to taste.
