Blueberry Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

4 pita bread pieces
1/2 cup of almond butter
1 cup of greek yogurt
2 cups of blueberries, fresh
1-2 cups of granola
honey

Steps:

Step 1

On two pieces of pita bread, spread almond butter. On the remaining two slices of pita bread, spread greek yogurt.

Step 2

Top each bread with a mixture of granola and blueberries. For a fun kid friendly spread, supply children with all of the ingredients and allow them to paint their blank pita bread canvas for a fun breakfast option.
