Plumcot Farro Salad

Preheat oven to 450°F.
Line a pizza stone or baking sheet and roll out pizza dough.
In a small bowl whisk together minced garlic and olive oil. Brush this mixture onto pizza dough.
Spread an even layer of ricotta on the dough and season with salt and pepper. Arrange prosciutto and apricot slices onto your pizza. Drizzle with more olive oil and bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the pizza edges are golden brown.
Top with two handfuls of fresh arugula and serve.
