Plumcot Farro Salad

Cut apples into thick slices and remove the core.
In a small mixing bowl, combined coconut, almond butter, and maple syrup.
Place mixture over the top of each apple slice and set onto a parchment lined dish.
Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil and drizzle over each apple slice.
Place in the freezer until firm and enjoy!
