Stuffed Honey Figs

Ingredients:

12 figs, halved
1/2 lb prosciutto
8 ounces blue cheese, cut into small chunks
Honey
Thyme sprigs

Steps:

Step 1

Halve 12 figs and place a small chunk of blue cheese in the middle of the fruit half.

Step 2

Wrap each stuffed fig with a thin slice of prosciutto. Place figs on a serving platter.

Step 3

Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme sprigs.
