Proscuitto Wrapped Figs Stuffed with Blue Cheese
12 Family Tree Farms® figs, halved
1/2 lb. of prosciutto
8 ounces of blue cheese, cut into small chunks
Halve 12 figs and place a small chunk of blue cheese in the middle of the fruit half. Wrap each stuffed fig with a thin slice of proscuitto. Place figs on a serving platter. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme sprigs.
