Yogurt & Almond Butter
Blueberry + Granola Pizza
INGREDIENTS
4 Pita bread pieces
½ Cup of almond butter
1 Cup of blueberry or strawberry greek yogurt
2 Cups of blueberries
1-2 Cups of granola
Optional toppings: Honey
Evenly spread out almond butter over two pieces of pita bread. Evenly spread out greek yogurt over remaining two pieces of pita bread.
Top each bread off with a mixture of granola and blueberries. For a fun kid friendly spread, supply children with all of the ingredients and allow them to paint their blank pita bread canvas for a fun breakfast option!
