Plumcot Farro Salad
Preheat oven to 350°F. Unwrap your Brie wheel and place into a small cast iron skillet or casserole dish.
Scoop out the fruit insides of 4 figs and discard the skin. Reserve the remaining 4 whole figs and cut them into quarters.
Pile the fig fruit insides on top of the Brie wheel, half of the honey and chopped walnuts. Bake the Brie for 15-20 minutes or until soft to the touch.
Remove from the oven and top with the remaining figs, remaining honey and rosemary sprigs. Serve with crackers and baguette slices.
