Easy Baked Brie with Honey and Figs
1-8 Ounce wheel of Brie
8 Family Tree Farms® figs
1/2 Cup of chopped walnuts
1/4 Cup of honey
Preheat oven to 350 F. Unwrap your brie wheel and place into a small cast iron skillet or casserole dish.
Scoop out the fruit insides of 4 figs and discard the skin. Reserve the remaining four whole figs and cut them in quarters.
Pile the fig fruit insides on top of the Brie wheel, half of the honey and chopped walnuts. Bake the Brie for 15-20 minutes or until soft to the touch. Remove from oven and top with the remaining figs, remaining honey and rosemary sprigs. Serve with crackers and baguette slices.
