Going beyond the farm.
We believe in growing fruit that lasts. Our family of farmers have families of their own, belong to villages and communities, and live fruitful lives outside of our fields. We view our local and global footprint as an opportunity to immerse ourselves in these communities through the lens of servant leaders.
Economy
In the communities where our farms are located, we have prioritized hiring locally, and from within the villages closest to our ranches. This enables us to provide employment with health benefits and have a seismic economic impact on their livelihoods.
Infrastructure
In the years since breaking ground in Peru, we have built new roads and worked with local municipalities to provide clean energy for surrounding communities.
Safety & supplies
We support local institutions including the local Red Cross, schools, and the police departments. We also provide hygiene items, sports uniforms and equipment to our farming communities.
Food & water
We provide safe and clean drinking water to the villages and towns in our farm’s surrounding communities.
