Satsuma Cranberry Sauce



  • 1 – 12 oz package of fresh cranberries
  • ½ Cup sugar
  • 2 Satsuma Mandarins, peeled and separated in to segments
  • 1 tsp. grated fresh ginger.
  • ½ Cup water



Place all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until cranberries and mandarin segments have broken down into a chunky sauce, about 15 minutes. If mixture becomes too dry during cooking, add a little more water.
