Classic Cherry Clafoutis-low

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup pitted and halved cherries
  • Icing sugar


  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Butter 9-inch round baking dish.
  • In blender, blend milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt until well combined; add flour and mix until smooth. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 15 minutes. Scatter cherries evenly over top; bake for 25 minutes or until set. Let cool slightly; dust with icing sugar. Serve warm.
