Blueberry & Mango Salsa

Blueberry Sparklers


Serve this fresh summery salsa as an appetizer with crostini and goat cheese, as a sauce for grilled salmon or use as a topping for pork or chicken tacos.

  • Serves: Makes 3 Cups

  • Total Time: 10 minutes


  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and finely chopped (about 1 cup)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro or parsley
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp salt



  • Stir blueberries with mango, red onion, lime juice, jalapeno, cilantro, honey and salt. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.



  • Substitute peaches for the mango if desired.
